Korean shows and films have created a next-level fan base. From a zombie virus spreading out to humans turning into live monsters, there is a lot of blood gore, violence and fear. And the latest addition to the splendid line of K-dramas is All of Us Are Dead. The show has become Netflix’s biggest new Korean hit. It’s been ranked Number 1 among 50 countries.
The show was such a big hit that it was also tagged as the new Squid Game, translating into what a victory it has been.

Netflix hasn’t given a green flag to the second season yet. No updates are released by Netflix or the makers.
However, given the huge fan base, we may expect All of Us Are Dead Season 2 sooner than we think. According to Rotten Tomatoes, the show had a 100% rating and is likely to be renewed for a second season which can stream later in 2023.
The renewal announcement for other K drama shows like Squid Game was not confirmed until four months after the release.
The first season of All of Us Are Dead was released on January 28, 2022. The show is currently streaming on Netflix.

Since there is no confirmation for the second season, there’s no updates on the cast as well. However, we may expect that the half-zombie, half-girl character Choi Nam-ra (Cho Yi-hyun) can return for All of Us Are Dead. But you never know about the twist and turns the producers could make to shake up the second season. After all, it has to be different and better than the previous one. More so, since Season 1 has already set a bench mark, the second season has to raise the bar a bit higher or end up succumbing to people’s expectations.
