**Season 4 Spoilers Ahead**
We know you haven’t recovered from the wedding and you are eager to know where the Dutton family goes from here. Worry not, because it’s official! Yellowstone will be back for a fifth season.
Taylor Sheridan’s neo-western drama Yellowstone wrapped up its 10-episode fourth season on January 2, 2022 on Paramount Network with an audience of 10.3 million. The Western drama has been renewed for a fifth season and nabbed a SAG Awards nomination for best drama ensemble. Yellowstone follows the Dutton family, led by patriarch John Dutton (Costner), as they defend their Montana cattle ranch against property developers and others, including America’s first National Park and a Native American reservation.
Here’s everything to know about Yellowstone Season 5:
What is the plot for Yellowstone season 5?
Yellowstone‘s season four ending was massive. While the fourth season tries to tie up as many plot threads as possible—including Beth and Rip’s marriage, who ordered the killing, and the mystery of Jamie’s unborn child—we are left with so many questions that need to be answered in season 5. What will Beth and Rip’s lives be like now that they’re married? Is Mia going away for good now? Is anybody ever going to find Roarke’s body? When will the Duttons learn about Jamie’s baby? Is Kayce ever coming back? Does Beth’s threat really have a bite? Will the Yellowstone Dutton ranch finally fall?
The Duttons are stronger in the Season 4 finale than they were in the Season 3 finale, but they may still be unable to comprehend the prices that led them there.
When will season 5 of Yellowstone come out?
While ViacomCBS has approved the fifth season for release in February 2022, Paramount Network has not announced a premiere date for Season 5. Yellowstone Season 5 is set to begin filming in May 2022.
