What’s the plot for The Morning Show Season 3?

The Morning Show Season 3

In season two, The Morning Show addressed a variety of issues other than workplace relationships, including the uncertainty of COVID. At the end of the season, we witnessed an Alex Levy who was quite different from the one we were used to watching. She is adamant in her decision to take back her narrative; whether she is successful in her effort will be the topic of Season 3.

Former showrunner Kerry Ehrin hinted in an interview with Deadline that Season 3 may offer a happy storyline for Alex’s messed up life: “I feel like Alex has come to a place for the first time since the pilot of accepting who she is and facing her worst fears, and I want to see how the phoenix rises from the ashes for her and learning how to have a full life and be present and loving,” she said.

Meanwhile, Cory came from nowhere and declared his feelings for Bradley, who had lately found love with Laura Peterson. This is an intriguing love triangle for The Morning Show Season 3! The other biggest ticking time bomb is Mitch’s documentary, which was shot by Paola in Italy. What if Cory chooses to broadcast it to the entire world? Cory’s character is so unpredictable that even after two seasons, we’re not sure if he’s good or evil. It’s the same for everyone in the show; they are all so messed up and complicated that no one is perfect. And that’s what makes The Morning Show unique.

Who is in the cast of The Morning Show Season 3? Will Jennifer Aniston return?

The Morning Show Season 3

All of the series regulars are expected to return for Season 3 as they have narratives left to complete. Among them are, Reese Witherspoon (Bradley Jackson), Jennifer Aniston (Alex Levy), Billy Crudup (Cory Ellison), Mark Duplass (Chip Black), Greta Lee (Stella Bak), Nestor Carbonell (Yanko Flores), Julianna Margulies (Laura Peterson), Karen Pittman (Mia Jordan), Desean Terry (Daniel Henderson), and Janina Gavankar (Alison Namazi).

Given what happened in the Season 2 finale, we’re not sure if Steve Carell’s Mitch Kessler will be back for The Morning Show Season 3.
