Whenever we see a series in which a lonely, awkward teenager suddenly gains superpowers, we love it! Possibly every superhero movie ever made. But in Netflix’s Ragnarok, a reimagining of Norse mythology, Magne, the awkward teenager, is turned into the mighty Thor!
Ragnarok, Netflix’s third Norwegian series, premiered in January 2021 and was followed by a second season in May 2021. The Norwegian series was an instant hit among superhero fans, thanks to Chris Hemsworth’s portrayal of Thor, who is a household deity now. Moreover, it was refreshing to see Thor and the other ancient gods in a modernized setting. After an explosive season two finale, this Thor, a.k.a. Magne disappeared, and there is no news of Ragnarok Season 3. So, when is Magne returning to take down the Jutaal family?
