Amber Brown Production Timeline
In September 2021, it was revealed that Apple TV+ had asked Bonnie Hunt, who will serve as executive producer, to adapt the Paula Danziger books into a television series. With Sarah Drew playing her mother, Carsyn Rose was cast in the lead role. Brooks also disclosed that Michael Yo and Ashley Williams were cast members. Beginning in September 2021, Salt Lake City served as the location for the series’ filming.
