The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed the July brand reputation rankings for K-pop groups. As expected, many of our idols moved up the rankings, while some went a few positions down.
For the unversed, these rankings are determined by analyzing various factors like consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, and community awareness indexes of K-pop idol groups. The current ranking list is based on the data collected between June 17 to July 17, 2025. Let’s check the details below:
Who topped the rankings?
BLACKPINK topped July’s list with a brand reputation index of 7,707,025. This also marks an 85.60% increase in the girl group’s score since June.
Their ranking is linked to some high-ranking phases found in the keyword analysis, such as “JUMP,” “world tour,” and “full group.” On the other hand, BLACKPINK’s highest-ranking related terms are “unparalleled,” “all-kill,” and “sold-out.”
The K-pop girl group, which is currently on its DEADLINE tour, witnessed a score of 94.57% positive reactions in the positivity-negativity analysis.

Holding the second position is BTS with a brand reputation index of 7,483,615. This marks a 7.39% increase in the K-pop brand’s score since last month.
IVE holds the third position with a brand reputation index of 3,822,629, marking a 5.32% increase in the group’s score since June.
Another popular group, SEVENTEEN, held the fourth position with a brand reputation index of 3,037,148. They were closely followed by BIGBANG, who rounded up with a score of 2,387,627.
