BLACKPINK’s Jennie speaks her heart out every time she attends an interview or fan meet. Recently, she opened up about her hit song Like Jennie and also addressed rumors of alleged issues within the group.
She gave a rather cryptic reaction to the speculations in an interview with Elle Korea and said, “We’ve come to understand each other more deeply, and we’ve become a more flexible and mature team. I think these upcoming activities will feel really special, both for me and for the other members.”

Jennie also talked about how she wished for people to understand that they can love themselves and work with it in their own way. Giving reference to her own song, the BLACKPINK member added, “I hope everyone who sings this song can feel that same sense of empowerment”.

Discussing more about the song, Jennie also mentioned, “In Like JENNIE, JENNIE is just a pronoun. I made this song to convey the message that anyone who names themselves can love themselves and shine in their own way, and it was only used because my name is JENNIE. I hope that everyone who sings this song will have that same feeling. I gained confidence while singing this song. It’s a song that resonates positively, that even though the path I’ve walked so far has been difficult, I’m going in the right direction, and that I’m doing well.”

Many were quick to claim that Jennie owns a similar keychain in black.
The dating rumors increased when V shared another image of a cake with the initials “I’m happy to be with you.” Fans said that it was too romantic for him to dedicate this text to his family members or friends.
