BOYNEXTDOOR releases cinematic MV for Count to Love

BOYNEXTDOOR

BOYNEXTDOOR is back with a brand new track that has garnered record-breaking views on YouTube within just a few hours of its release. The boy band released the official music video of their song Count to Love on August 17, 2025, and it has accumulated
1,411,842 views (at the time of writing this story). For the unversed, this is the main track of the group’s upcoming album BOYLIFE.

The 4.10-minute-long video is nothing less than intriguing and features all members of the group. It initially begins with all the boys coming together inside a studio room, dressed in black suits. They sit on the sofa with the initials ‘Count to Love’ written on the wall behind it. Then, someone clicks the clapperboard while everyone in the room, including the BOYNEXTDOOR members, gets ready for the shoot.

Then, the original video begins, where the members are discussing the relationship between a new-gen couple on the screen. We can see how the boy is making efforts to talk to his lady love. The latter, however, is busy on her phone all the time, something that irks her lover. The same is discussed by the BOYNEXTDOOR members as the song plays in the background.

Well, the catch is that the love story is of one of the members of the boy band itself. Meanwhile, in yet another clip, the rest of the bandmates are seen running toward a car, probably to help the couple get together.

What follows is a series of flashbacks, fights, and humorous encounters that ultimately lead the couple to drift away, only to be together again. You can’t miss the dance clips of the members that have been strategically placed across the video to make sure the fans do not miss out on their favourite group’s choreography.

BOYNEXTDOOR will also release its second physical single in Japan, titled Boylife, on August 20. This has been confirmed by the group’s agency, KOZ Entertainment.

The six-piece act has added four songs to the single, which include Count to Love, I Feel Good, Nice Guy, and Dangerous. Meanwhile, the BOYNEXTDOOR members also made their year’s festival debut in Lollapalooza Chicago earlier in August, barely a week after wrapping up their first international tour, “Knock On Vol. 1.”
