Firefly Lane: Season 2 Part 2 Trailer:
Season two, part one, saw Tully and Kate ending their longtime friendship, including Kate’s cancer diagnosis, Tully moving & a huge flash-forward showing Kate’s ex-husband, Johnny Ryan (Ben Lawson), dressed up on his wedding day, but with Tully as his bride, not Kate. We learned that Kate has rare and aggressive breast cancer. After learning about her stage three cancer Kate wanted to see Tully, and in desperation, she reached her apartment, but she isn’t there. In the trailer, we catch Tully assuming that Kate is probably great while she’s the only one missing their friendship.
“That’s the thing about big life changes, you don’t get to choose when they happen,” Johnny says, “You just have to hold on tight to the people you love and make your way through it.” These are the lines that hit hard. At the end of the trailer, we saw that Tully finally reached Kate’s doorstep, Johnny opens the door,” What are you doing here?” Tully replies,” She called me” as she walks into Kate’s room we hear her question,” What took you so long?” While we didn’t see Kate, we watched Tully’s reaction, & let’s be honest, it isn’t good! Let’s see what’s going to happen in Firefly Lane: Season 2 Part 2.
