The question that arises is will she tell Ann about her betrayal? Meanwhile, Marian, Anne’s younger sister, pays another visit to the old Ms. Walker in Shibden. James Ingham, an old acquaintance who Walker’s folks want to see marry, also pays Ann Walker a visit.
