What can we expect from Riverdale Season 6 Part 2?

The season’s first five episodes were dedicated to the aftermath of Cheryl casting the spell which saw the town with pep go through a name change with its cast of characters stunningly unaffected by it until things got incredibly weird. In the second part of this season, without spoiling the events of “Rivervale” (the first part), we can tell you that the rest of the season will focus on some events and the fight to save Riverdale’s soul.

Speaking to Decider in August 2021, creator Robert Aguirre-Sacasa said that many of the new friendships and relationships of season five will continue to blossom in season six. “We’re definitely picking up on a lot of the emotional relationship stories in season six. A lot of the friendships and relationships and redefinition of relationships that we get to at the end of season five [will] continue into season six,” he said.

It is difficult to know what will be the mystery in this part as You’s Chris O’Shea has been added to the cast in the role of Percival Pickens who is a descendant of General Pickens and planning to turn Riverdale into a utopia. We expect that he’ll be causing problems for the town and specifically for Archie, Cheryl and Alice.

Riverdale Season 6, Part 2 Cast

We’re hoping to see the main characters return in Part 2 as the story will continue from where it was left. It’s hard to imagine Riverdale without its four core stars – KJ Apa (Archie), Lili Reinhart (Betty), Camila Mendes (Veronica), and Cole Sprouse (Jughead) of the sixth season, while the others are returning, Cole can be a bit of wild card.

Chris O’Shea (of Netflix’s You fame) is joining the cast, playing Percival Pickens. Mark Consuelos, who played Veronica’s father Hiram Lodge as a season regular, has officially exited the show, according to Deadline. The Season 5 finale really was the last of Hiram Lodge.

Fans of Riverdale are very excited and thrilled to watch how these characters will come up with ways to save Riverdale and town and what will be the problems they have to face in order to do so but don’t worry fans, you don’t have to wait for long as March 20 is almost here.
