The episode was released last weekend on August 6, 2023, and the official synopsis reads, “Cruz is put in a compromising position while out with Aaliyah and friends in the Hamptons, causing Joe and Kaitlyn to doubt her; Kaitlyn and Westfield confront Kyle over what happened at the border, complicating things further for Joe and her team.”
What is the Special Ops: Lioness about?
The official synopsis of the series states, “Special Ops: Lioness is inspired by an actual US Military program, follows the life of Joe (Zoe Saldaña) while she attempts to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the CIA’s spear in the war on terror. The Lioness Program, overseen by Kaitlyn Meade (Nicole Kidman) and Byron Westfield (Michael Kelly), enlists an aggressive Marine Raider named Cruz (Laysla De Oliveira) to operate undercover alongside Joe among the power brokers of State terrorism in the CIA’s efforts to thwart the next 9/11.”
