“But remember that forgiveness too is a power. To beg for it is a power, and to withhold or bestow it is perhaps
the greatest.”
June’s life has been in turmoil since the first season, and it just keeps getting more frustrating. So let’s go ahead and discuss the fifth season’s final while keeping our eyes out for The Handmaid’s Tale Season 6! Spoiler Alert! We have known June since April 26, 2017, and still, it seems we can’t predict what’ll she do next.
She might have found a little peace in Canada, but Gilead can’t seem to leave her alone. Her desire to be reunited with her lost daughter seems to have become her obsession, but by the way they get treated, it seems understandable if she wants a better life for Hannah. While we saw how selfless Luke was, June is now headed to Toronto, but is she alone? Remembered Serena? Yes, she also happens to be on the same train, and they both meet at the end. It seems both have wicked plans for Gilead, and they are ready to get revenge. We would love nothing more and hope the duo will kill it in the sixth season!

What is the expected release date for The Handmaid’s Tale Season 6?
Before we jump on the main topic, let’s take a moment to thank Bruce Miller for creating such a mind-blowing show. From the plotline to the cast, everything is perfect & we hope the sixth season will turn out to be the best of all time. It might be because Serena and June are joining hands!
Although June has already said they aren’t friends, you know the trauma bond is the strongest among them all. Both have been the best and the worse, from a wife to a handmaid, their journey is quite alike & they wish for a difference which they’ll create. As of now, we need to know about The Handmaid’s Tale Season 6 release date.

The season got renewed on September 2022 and was announced to be the series’ final season. While we can dwell on it later, the writers’ strike has further postponed the release date. And with the recent Actors’ strike, I think we have to wait until 2024 for the sixth season to arrive.
In February 2023, Bradley Whitford, who plays Commander Lawrence, said they’re not getting back filming until August. “I just heard we’re not going back until August,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “I don’t know what the logistical reason for that is… As you know, there’s a lot of labor issues that need to be solved in Hollywood.”
With all the trouble going down in the Hollywood industry, it seems a long shot. We have to wait longer for The Handmaid’s Tale Season 6 to release, probably more than the last time. Moss has already shared this will be the biggest season yet. “It feels like it’s going to be so long until you guys get to see anything else,” the actor told Elle. “And I apologize personally for that, but every season we do gets bigger, and it takes longer to make every time. And because it’s the final season, we really want to make sure that it’s exactly what we want to do.”
We are rooting for June and Nick to bless their fans with more time screens. However, as Moss said, bigger hits require more time. We’ll happily agree to that and wait for The Handmaid’s Tale Season 6 to release in early 2024. More than that, we do hope the filming of the series begins soon, and the multiple strikes going on in the Hollywood entertainment industry do find some common ground. Until then, stay with us and keep up with all the latest news!
