The Sex Lives of College Girls Season 3: What to expect?
“Mindy Kaling and Justin Noble continue to brilliantly capture the college experience in the most entertaining and relatable way. This series is the perfect balance of comedy, sex, curiosity, and chaos, and we can’t wait to see what the next season brings,” said Suzanna Makkos, EVP, of Original Comedy and Adult Animation, HBO Max.
Deadline did an exclusive interview with Noble, who also discussed Bela’s fate and the circumstances surrounding her departure from The Foxy. “I think that Bella has a lot to figure out, he told the outlet. “When she’s giving that laundry list of items at the end of the episode, you really do realize that she has surprisingly not had the track record at Essex that her upbeat, positive energy self probably thought she had. I think it hits her fast, and I think the perfectionist in her just has to cut and run. It’s like, ‘This is too much to fight backwards from. I should start fresh somewhere else.’ She’s on the poster. We’ll have to figure that out.”
In addition to this, Reneé Rapp talked about her charter and hopes for Season 3, stating, “I think Leighton has really come to show a level of warmth – my manager is laughing at me because apparently, Leighton shows no warmth. [Laughs]. I’m running on two brain cells,” joked. “No, I do. I do think that she has a certain level of warmth. Whether the crowd agrees with me or not. She becomes more herself, obviously in coming out, but also I think emotionally, which is so nice to see.” Further adding, as Leighton enters her sophomore year, Rapp has just a few simple wishes for her: “I hope she finds better clothes, better friends, and better hoes.”
