“This Anonymous Clan of Slack-Jawed Troglodytes Has cost me the election. And yet, If I were to have them killed, I would be the one to go to jail. That’s Democracy for you.”

This Anonymous Clan of Slack-Jawed Troglodytes is none other than The Simpsons family & they are coming back with more laughter! Fans have been on edge to know about The Simpsons Season 35 release date, and we would love to disclose that. Let’s rewind our memories, although for those who haven’t watched it yet, Spoiler Alert! Homer got into a car accident after discovering Marge had kept a significant amount of money from him. Maybe that’s greater than the time when Marge was infatuated with her bike group instructor, Jesse.

Apart from that, The Simpsons have shown that the series is a fictional tv show within the show’s universe. However, this idea hasn’t been entertained much. Although The Simpsons season 34’s finale only used this revelation to make a joke about Lisa jamming with Lizzo. Since we were already discussing Marge’s monthly income, it seems she was entitled to get the money through her father’s estate after his death. However, keeping that a secret wasn’t cool especially when we saw the family in several financial difficulties. Now’s the time to move ahead!

When can we expect The Simpsons Season 35 to air?

Now that we have revived our memories of the 34th season’s finale let’s thank one who made this journey possible, Matt Groening, whose the creator of the show & initially picked the title because it had a funny resemblance to the word Simpleton (which means a person whose foolish action are the subject of often-repeated stories). Apart from him, James L. Brooks & Sam Simon should also be appreciated for developing the series. Coming back to our main topic.

The Simpsons Season 35 got renewed in January 2023, and now fans have been wondering about its premiere date. Since the last episode aired on May 21, 2023, fans have been restless, especially due to the Writers’ Guild of America strike. Lucky for you, Fox has announced that the next installment is set to release on October 1, 2023. This fall season, we’ll meet the family again! Until then, we heard that fans feel that the 35th installment release date is later than expected. It’s not just The Simpsons facing the issue. Bob’s Burgers and Family Guy are also in the same boat. The Hollywood Reporter has disclosed the reason behind the delay.

The ongoing Writers Guild of America strike means work on scripted series for the coming season — filming typically begins in July — isn’t happening now and won’t be in time to get shows on the air by late September or early October. As we also said earlier, the writers’ strike has become a big issue for the entertainment industry, due to which several series are suffering. However, The Simpsons is an animated series, meaning it comes under Animation Guild, which is different from WGA & SAG-AFTRA.

So we shouldn’t lose hope, the series might have gotten a little bit delayed, but we are getting The Simpsons Season 35 on October 1, 2023. Summer is half over now, which means the fall season will be here before you know it. Another good news is the 36th season also got renewed in January, meaning the fun will overflow!

Are The Simpsons Predictions really true?

The series has been showing its magic since 1989, while the strangest things are some predictions that came true in the future. One of them was Lady Gaga, a famous musician performing at The Superbowl. The prediction came in the form of an episode in 2012, while in reality, Lady Gaga performed at The Superbowl in 2017. One of the famous forecasts is Trump winning America’s presidency.

The Prediction was made in 2000 while Trump won the election in 2016. If we call these all coincidences, the COVID-19 prediction can’t be a coincidence too! In 1993 the episode aired titled Marge in Chains, in which Osaka Flu got out. The similarities with COVID-19 were also alike. Let’s see what else we’ll get in The Simpsons Season 35, which might come true!
