After a long wait, the World Albums chart for the week has been published by Billboard. Topping the charts is TXT with their latest album titled The Star Chapter: TOGETHER. It has maintained its rank at no.1 for the second consecutive week. Interestingly, the same album is also ranking at no. 43 on the Billboard 200 chart for the second week in a row.

In the second position, we have BTS’s live album PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LIVE. It has also held its position at no.2 for two consecutive weeks. It seems like the reunion of the Bangtan Boys has impacted the ranks of their old tracks too, as the group’s earlier album PROOF (2022) is ranking at no. 7 on the chart.

ENHYPEN’s mini-album DESIRE: UNLEASH moved to the third position on the world albums chart in the 10th week. Meanwhile, the group’s earlier album ROMANCE: UNTOLD has climbed to the 17th position on the same list.

Joining the list at no. 4 is ATEEZ’s GOLDEN HOUR: PART 3, making a record with its 8th week on the chart. Next is ILLIT’s BOMB, which is ranking at no.5 in its seventh week.

Meanwhile, several others also made it to the list of the Billboard world albums chart this week. These include Stray Kids (HOP), SEVENTEEN (HAPPY BURSTDAY), Jimin (MUSE), NewJeans (Get Up), and more.

TXT continues to rule the chart

TXT has been ruling the Billboard charts with their tracks and albums for several weeks in a row. For instance, the group’s album The Star Chapter: TOGETHER had debuted at no. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart a week ago. This piece of news was also confirmed by Billboard with a statement that reads,

“TOMORROW X TOGETHER collects its seventh top 10-charted effort on the #Billboard200 as ‘The Star Chapter: TOGETHER‘ debuts at No. 3.

The set earned 65,000 equivalent album units in its first week. The album’s first-week sales were bolstered by its availability across 24 CD variants (all with collectible ephemera, some randomized, inside its packaging).”

As for the BTS members, they are also back on track after having completed their military enlistments. Now that Jin, the eldest member, is also back from his solo tour, it won’t be long before the group shares something exciting with their fans.
