When can we expect What We Do in the Shadows Season 6 to air?

Also, thanks to Taika Waititi for creating the film on which the show is based. Also, thanks to FX for being its trustworthy network from the beginning. Let’s not forget the talented cast who made their characters stand out. Now that we are done with all the gratitude, we can head back to the main issue, which is What We Do in the Shadows Season 6.
As you all are aware, the show has already been renewed, with the fifth season on June 6, 2022. FX must have already predicted that fans will start asking about the sixth season as soon as the fifth season arrives. For that, let’s take some history lessons. The series first made its appearance on March 27, 2019. However, the series announcement was made on January 22, 2018. As soon as it made it on the screens, viewers were hooked, resulting in its successful five seasons. While each season release is slightly different, we do know that the fourth and fifth seasons made their entrance in July month. We could have expected What We Do in the Shadows Season 6 to air its first episode in the summer of 2024. However, it seems a challenge now. Why?
The ongoing strikes that have taken over the Hollywood entertainment industry by storm are gaining momentum. WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes are a union of writers and actors who are demanding much safer and stable demands, which will cost product houses. Maybe that’s why nothing has been settled yet. Several other writers or actors aren’t part of the strikes but have sent their support. Some days, these strikes were much needed for a better work environment, while others are just hoping to put it in the past.
Several series have been collateral damages while others have gotten delayed. So without proper writers and actors, nothing can be said for What We Do in the Shadows Season 6 release date. All we do know is that it won’t be getting out in the summer of 2024. It would be a blessing if the series made it in fall 2024. Luckily, fans are busy with the fifth season and currently, they are developing theories for the season finale.
So we got time, and maybe the strikes will get settled by then. What We Do in the Shadows Season 6 was scheduled to start filming on September 11 in Canada.
