Game of Thrones
Houses fight for inheritance, family, bloodline, and politics. The show is contrasted around loyalty and betrayal, the portrayal of the entire plot in the modern era.
Despite having its own fault in the last season, what really is to be focused on here is all the episodes before that, which keeps us invested for another episode immediately after we finish one. Meanwhile, the last heirs of a recently usurped dynasty plot to take back their homeland from across the Narrow Sea.

An interesting look at the life of fictional Mafia capo Tony Soprano, this serial is presented largely first person, but additional perspective is conveyed by the intimate conversations Tony has with his psychotherapist. We see Tony at work, at home, and in therapy. Moments of black comedy interfere with this aggressive, adult drama, with adult language and extreme violence.
How I Met Your Mother
Ted Mosby sits his kids down to tell them the story of how he met their mother. The story is told through memories of life-changing incidents with his friends Marshall, Lily, Robin, and Barney Stinson. All legendary 9 seasons lead up to the moment of Ted’s final encounter with “the one.”
A medical and romantic drama centered around Meredith Grey, an aspiring surgeon and daughter of one of the best surgeons, Dr. Ellis Grey. Throughout the series, Meredith goes through professional and personal challenges along with fellow surgeons at Seattle Grace Hospital.

The Walking Dead
Sheriff Deputy Rick Grimes gets shot and falls into a coma. When awoken, he finds himself in a Zombie Apocalypse. Not knowing what to do, he sets out to find his family; after he’s done that, he gets connected to a group to become the leader. He takes charge and tries to help this group of people survive, find a place to live, and get them food. This show is all about survival, the risks, and the things you’ll have to do to survive.
The Doctor, a Time Lord from the race whose home planet is Gallifrey, travels through time and space in their ship, the TARDIS (Time and Relative Dimension In Space), with numerous companions. From time to time, the Doctor regenerates into a new form.
In a mockumentary-style format, this show takes the viewers to a spectrum of day-to-day lives and characters. The show has a simplified narrative, really: the parents struggling with their teen kids, a gay couple adapting to changes and settling in the society, and a father who’s protective of his family along with his beautiful wife and stepson.
All the zany characters connected together make fun of each other and love greatly while finding happiness in the smallest of efforts. The show has great potential to be one of all-time favorites among the fans, with so much to take away from.
