Ownership and History

Web News Observer was established on January 12, 2019, in Mysore, Karnataka, India, where it was originally operated by Stacknexo LLP. The publication began as a digital news platform and later expanded its coverage across breaking news, trending stories, entertainment, Korean culture, and global news.

On June 27, 2026, Web News Observer was acquired by Entrilex News Network LLC, a digital media company based in Austin, Texas, United States. Following the acquisition, Web News Observer moved its global headquarters to Austin, Texas, while Stacknexo LLP continued to manage and lead the publication’s editorial operations.

Stacknexo LLP also continues to manage the Indian edition of Web News Observer from Mysore, Karnataka, India, as the publication’s Indian vertical. This structure allows Web News Observer to maintain its editorial roots in India while expanding its presence, operations, and audience reach in the United States and worldwide.
