Thiruvananthapuram: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala has criticized Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Ramesh Chennithala’s response was in an interview with Asianet News. The Leader of the Opposition’s criticism came when the question arose as to why all the attacks were on the Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
Pinarayi Vijayan is the only one. Louis XIV is in a position to say, ‘Am the state’. Pinarayi himself is the Politburo, Central Committee, Party, Front and Government. Then to talk about someone other than him. Ramesh Chennithala said that if children or adults in Kerala are asked the name of any minister in Kerala, they do not know.
When the presenter asked if it was not a good thing in another sense, Ramesh Chennithala replied that it was China or Korea or something.
A leader can make decisions with determination. The presenter questioned whether it was right to see it as arrogant.
This was also the case during the reigns of ancient kings. One was a king and the other a subject. The Leader of the Opposition replied that Kerala was ruled by a dictatorship that did not even care about the King’s welfare.
The presenter asked if there were any complaints from the ministers and constituents. I have seen two ministers sitting at Pinarayi Vijayan’s press conference without saying a single word for months. Chennithala replied that it was known that this was also in the cabinet.
The experience of Kovur Kunjumon is no small matter. An MLA who came to receive the Chief Minister is grabbed by the neck. Isn’t this an indication of what will happen if Pinarayi Vijayan comes to power? Can the people of Kerala tolerate this arrogance, pride and arrogance? Is this a role model? Is this the model that people in Kerala should adopt? This is what democracy is all about. Should this dictatorship return? Let the people decide. Ramesh Chennithala said that it is not the individual but the working style that is being criticized.
