These are the most affected states
If we look at the most affected states, in Maharashtra, 50,53,336 people infected, and 75,277 people have died. So far, 18,86,448 people were infected, and 18,286 deaths in the second most affected state Karnataka. Similarly, Kerala, with 18,66,827 cases and 5,746 deaths, and Tamil Nadu with 13,51,362 cases and 15,412 deaths are the following two most affected states.
How are the circumstances of the most affected states?
Fifty-three thousand six hundred five people were infected in Maharashtra on the previous day, while 864 patients died. For the past few days, the number of daily cases here has remained almost constant. Similarly, in Karnataka, 47,563 people were found infected, and 482 patients died, while in Kerala, 41,971 cases reported, and 64 deaths occurred. In Tamil Nadu, 27,397 new cases reported, and 241 patients died.
15.72 million people infected worldwide
According to Johns Hopkins University, around 15.72 million people have been infected with the coronavirus so far, while 32.78 lakh people have died. In the most affected US, 3.27 million people infected, and 5.81 lakh people have died. India is the second most affected country after America. At the same time, in the third most affected country Brazil, about 4.21 lakh patients out of 1.51 million infected people have died.
