India reports 92,596 new covid cases and over 2,000 deaths in the last 24 hours

In the last 24 hours in India, 92,596 new cases of infection with coronavirus were reported, and 2,219 patients died.

With this, the total number of infected people in the country has gone up to 2,90,89,069. Out of these, 3,53,528 people have lost their lives due to this dangerous virus.

The number of active cases has come down to 12,31,415. The situation is improving in the country, and there is a decline in corona.

1.62 lakh patients recovered on the last day

Talking about those recovering after defeating coronavirus infection, in the last 24 hours, 1,62,664 patients recovered across the country. The total number of patients who have recovered after defeating the epidemic has gone up to 2,75,04,126. The recovery rate of the country is 94.29 per cent.

Apart from this, 19,85,967 tests were conducted across the country in the last 24 hours. Since the beginning of the epidemic, 37.02 crore coronavirus tests have been done in the country.

These are the most affected states.

If we look at the most affected states, 58,52,891 people have been found infected in Maharashtra, and 1,01,172 people have died. So far, 27,17,289 people have been infected, and 32,099 have died in Karnataka, the second most affected state. Similarly, Kerala with 26,57,962 cases and 10,291 deaths and Tamil Nadu with 22,74,704 cases and 27,765 deaths are the following two worst-affected states.

How is the situation in the most affected states?

Ten thousand eight hundred ninety-one people were found infected in Maharashtra on the last day, while 295 patients died. The situation seems to be under control due to the decrease in the pace of infection in the state. Similarly, in Karnataka, 9,808 people were infected, and 179 patients died, while in Kerala, 15,567 cases were reported, and 124 deaths occurred. Eighteen thousand twenty-three new cases were reported in Tamil Nadu, and 409 patients died.
