The Tank 500 vehicle debuted at the Chengdu Motor Show in China. It will be available for purchase throughout the country later this year.
The four-wheeler features a rough appearance inspired by huge American SUVs, as well as a luxury interior. It is propelled by a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine.
The vehicle features a huge grille and 18-inch wheels
The Tank 500 has a sculpted hood with a slit, a massive metallic-finished grille with horizontal slats, the brand’s “T” symbol, and square LED headlights.
Roof rails, indicator-mounted ORVMs, a chrome finish surrounding the windows, and 18-inch wheels flank it.
On the back, there is a noticeable spoiler, a spare tire carrier, and vertically positioned LED taillights. The vehicle is 4,878mm in length.
It is powered by a 3.0-liter engine that produces 349 horsepower
The Tank 500 is powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine that produces 349hp and 500Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 9-speed automated transmission and an all-wheel-drive system.
The SUV is outfitted with a huge tablet-style infotainment console
The Tank 500’s interior is opulent, with a dual-tone dashboard, a center console that separates the driver and passenger sections, a Yanfei Lishi sound system, HVAC vents enclosed by metallic trim, and a 3-spoke multifunctional steering wheel.
It has a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch touchscreen infotainment console that looks like a tablet. Multiple airbags protect the safety of the occupants.
Availability of Tank 500
The Tank 500 SUV’s pricing in China will be disclosed at the time of its introduction later this year. It is doubtful that it would be released in India because the brand does not have a foothold here.
