HMD Global proclaims October 6 launch event; expects Nokia G50

HMD Global, the Finnish electronics titan, has set a new product launch event for October 6.

The Nokia G50 5G smartphone and the T20 Android tablet, among other devices, are scheduled to be announced.

According to previous reports, the Nokia G50 5G would include an HD+ display, triple back cameras, a Snapdragon 480 processor, and a 4,850mAh battery.

The phone will have a notch in the shape of a waterdrop

The Nokia G50 5G will include a waterdrop notch, a large bottom bezel, and a fingerprint sensor on the side. It will have a triple camera unit placed in a spherical module on the back.

The device will have a 6.8-inch HD+ (720×1560 pixel) IPS LCD screen with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

It will be available in the colours Midnight Sun and Blue.

It will have a 48MP primary camera

The Nokia G50 5G will include a triple back camera configuration that includes a 48MP main sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. An 8MP front-facing camera might be included for selfies and video calls.

It will be powered by the Android 11 operating system

The Snapdragon 480 engine will power the Nokia G50 5G, which will be combined with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage.

It will be powered by an Android 11 OS and will have a 4,850mAh battery with 10W charging capability.

The Nokia G50 5G’s exact pricing and availability details will be published at the time of its debut, which is expected to take place on October 6. However, the handset was originally expected to cost approximately €259 in Europe (roughly Rs. 22,400).

The Nokia T20 Android tablet will be equipped with a 10.36-inch display

The Nokia T20 will be the company’s first tablet product since the 2015 release of the N1 slate.

It will reportedly be available in both Wi-Fi-only and 4G versions, both having a 10.36-inch screen.

The tablet may be powered by a UNISOC processor, which is combined with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It will be powered by the Android 11 operating system.
