Disney+ Hotstar Multiplex to release Vidyut Jammwal’s ‘Sanak’

Vidyut Jammwal said on Wednesday that his forthcoming film, Sanak – Hope Under Siege, will be distributed on Disney+ Hotstar Multiplex.

Kanishk Varma’s action film is produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, Zee Studios, and Sunshine Pictures.

The actor revealed the news on social media and uploaded a picture of himself clutching a pistol.

The film’s release date has yet to be confirmed

The film’s release date has yet to be confirmed.

It is Shah and Jammwal’s fifth collaboration

Sanak – Hope Under Siege is Shah and Jammwal’s sixth collaboration, after-action film series such as Force and Commando.

The cast of the upcoming film also includes actors Chandan Roy Sanyal, Neha Dhupia, and Rukmini Maitra.

Zee Studios presents it in collaboration with Sunshine Pictures Pvt Ltd.

He is now in the process of filming ‘Khuda Haafiz 2’

Jammwal is presently filming Khuda Haafiz Chapter II Agni Pariksha, the sequel to his 2020 action-thriller Khuda Haafiz, which debuted on Disney+ Hotstar.

Panorama Studios is funding the sequel, which will be helmed by Faruk Kabir.

“Khuda Haafiz Chapter II Agni Pariksha chronicles a couple’s journey amid the challenges of societal pressure after they’ve traversed over a huge turmoil,” Jammwal had stated.

Jammwal will collaborate with a Hollywood production company

Meanwhile, Jammwal has inked a deal with production company Wonder Street, which boasts worldwide clientele such as Dolph Lundgren and Tony Jaa. He will be working with the firm’s principals Christine Holder and Mark Holder to take his action performance abilities worldwide.

In April, he established his production company

In addition, to commemorate a decade in the film industry, the Commando actor founded his production firm, Action Hero Films, in April of this year. IB 71, an espionage thriller, is the company’s debut project. Reliance Entertainment and T-Series will co-produce the film.

Jammwal will also play the lead in the film.
