The new Enfield SG650 bike is powered by a 648cc parallel-twin, air or oil-cooled engine and shares its engine with the Interceptor 650. So let’s know in detail about this new bike.

How is the look of the bike?

The Royal Enfield SG650 concept gets a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, shorter fenders, a slammed handlebar, rider-only saddle, a circular headlight, twin black-coloured Peashooter exhausts and bar-end mirrors. It has blue and black body graphics with dual-tone brushed metal. The bike gets an all-LED setup for lighting, a twin-pod instrument console with support for tripper navigation and designer alloy wheels on Metzler Roadtec 01 tyres.

At the same time, it is expected that it can also get ABS for better handling. The new Bobber bike will get inverted forks at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear for suspension duties and the SG650 bike is assembled with thicker Metzler tyres.

Royal Enfield SG650: Price and Availability

The concept model of the Royal Enfield SG650 bike has been presented at the show in Italy for the time being, so there is no information about its price and availability. However, its production-ready model will be sold simultaneously in many countries including India. On the other hand, the company is going to launch its upcoming scrum 411 bikes in India in February. It is also being seen as an on-road model of the company’s Himalayan bike.
