Jason Oppenheim, one of the most well-known figures in Los Angeles real estate, is selling his Hollywood Hills home for $7.9 million.
The “Selling Sunset” star specialises in high-end properties, and this four-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot property is no exception. Thirteen-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass doors, plenty of room, and plenty of natural light are just a few of the home’s outstanding features. Not to mention, luxury home-bar and massive walk-in closets are there too.
The yard is an entertainer’s dream is with a fireplace, pool with floating stairs in the middle, massage room, sauna, built-in BBQ, and TV viewing space.
The next new kid on the block will have access to not one, but two master suites.
The house is perched high above the Sunset Strip, with a view of Jason’s now-famous offices below.
After the popularity of the series, he and his twin brother, Brett Oppenheim, founded the Oppenheim Group, which has monopolised Hollywood real estate, even reaching into Orange County. With rumours of a new season circulating, fans can expect to see more of Jason and the rest of the Selling Sunset cast in the months ahead, as well as lots of drama.
While the series has been at a standstill since the publication of season 3 in August of 2020, the Oppenheim Group’s workplace dynamics on Sunset are beginning to evolve. Jason’s surprising new connection with Chrishell Stause has dominated the Selling Sunset headlines. While many people have expressed their skepticism and misgivings about the latest office romance, the two appear to be happier than ever now that their relationship has gone public. Jason looks to be concentrating on his career while simultaneously pursuing new romantic interests in costly L.A. houses.
Despite the fact that Jason had only recently moved into his most recent home, People shared their interview with him about the unexpected listing of his magnificent Los Angeles home. Jason has expressed his “love” and excitement for his new property, saying that he has already spent “seven figures [on] repairs.”
Jason added that, despite the listing, “I’m undecided about selling it. Because I adore the house, I’m more eager to lease it. Regardless, I decided to put it on the market.” The property, which measures 4,784 square feet, boasts “amazing city vistas,” “beautiful 20-foot ceilings,” and was built by “Avengers actor Jeremy Renner.” Jason described the piece as “unique” and “unusual” in Los Angeles “I believe I will return to the house at some point in the future. I adore the house and the surrounding region.” Jason seemed hesitant to sell the house, claiming it is “unique” and “well-located.”
