Alexander Jr. also told E! News at Gloden Globes 2019 about her mother’s struggle and how she keeps bad workdays aside from her personal life and spend time with him. He also praised her by saying, super mom. “She’s just a super mom. She doesn’t really let bad workdays or anything come back and ruin the time that we have. It’s really awesome to have a mother who I can enjoy spending time with.” Alexandar Jr. stated.

Both King and her son Alexander have matching tattoos that said “unconditional love” in Aramaic.

King also told The View in 2017 about the Kabbalah classes and told them about the coincidence where both of them shared the same telepathy. “We were taking Kabbalah classes. He said, let’s choose three designs each and not tell each other which ones they are and whichever one is matching, that’s the one we’re going to get tattooed — and we both chose unconditional love.”

Fans and many close ones of Regina King tweeted about the incident. Everyone expressed their feelings. Bernice King, daughter of Martin Luther King Jr. tweeted “Praying for Regina King. She needs all the grace and light that can flow her way right now.”

Actor Viola Davis also expressed showed her love: “I am lifting and holding you up. LOVE you @ReginaKing and I am so sorry.”

Every suicide affects the near ones, communities, and the entire country. As per World Health Organisation, every year 703000 people risk their life and attempt suicide. If you are struggling and need support, try to reach out to a nearby mental health centre or talk to your close ones about it. Many helplines, too, are available for the same, it’s time to stop risking lives and if someone is struggling with mental health issues, we should extend support and save their life.
