In 2022, the trilogy will be wrapped up in a spectacular manner, with an Endgame-style climax starring not just Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, but also Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum from the original Jurassic Park.
That’s not all, though. Along with that all-star ensemble, there are other newbies (both human and dino) and the promise of a conclusion to the drama.
So there you have it. Jurassic World: Dominion is almost here, following delays and a stop-start development.

Trailer for Jurassic World 3: Dominion – Are there any trailers for the next film?
It’s still too early for a full-fledged Jurassic World 3: Dominion trailer, but there is have something that’s probably better — a dinosaur-packed 5-minute short that bridges the gap between Fallen Kingdom and the upcoming film.
“Battle at Big Rock” takes place a year after the dinosaurs were released at the Lockwood house in northern California. It depicts a vacationing family trapped in the middle of a fight between a carnivorous Allosaurus and a family of plant-eating Nasutoceratops, who hide in their RV to avoid the carnage.
The clues at how the world has altered are just as fascinating as the major narrative. There have been tales of baby dinosaurs sightings in the news – suggesting they’re breeding in the wild.
There are also a few tantalizing mid-credits scenes, including a pack of tiny Compsognathus chasing a little girl; a close encounter with a Stegosaurus causing a car accident; a Parasaurolophus drinking by the side of a river; a spectacular shot of a shark leaping out of the water to eat a seal, followed by a Mosasaur devouring the shark; and a Pteranodon s The universe of Jurassic World 3: Dominion will undoubtedly be unlike anything we’ve seen before.
IMAX trailer for Jurassic World 3: Dominion
Some preview video was shown in front of Fast and Furious 9 in the IMAX theatre before of the premiere of Jurassic World 3: Dominion. According to Universal, the film’s studio, the new sequence “reveals what Earth looked like long before humans existed and tells the genesis narrative of how dinosaur DNA first came to be carried by a mythological mosquito.”
The dinosaurs had feathers since this is an origins narrative. The new film features fresh scientific data discovered since the original film, which should placate those who were disappointed by the inaccuracies of dinosaurs without feathers. Given that Jurassic World Dominion will begin before humans are introduced.
There’s also that all-important mosquito guzzling from the T-Rex: flash forward 65 million years, and we see the consequences of that moment in action. A T-Rex is roaming about in the modern-day, terrorizing a drive-in movie theater while a helicopter chases after it.
Jurassic World 3: Dominion cast
“It’s got pretty much everybody in it,” star Chris Pratt said on The Ellen Show. “It’s going to feel very much like how Endgame brought everything together in Marvel.”
He wasn’t joking when he said that. The cast of Jurassic World 3: Dominion reunites the actors of Steven Spielberg’s original 1993 dino-romp, Jurassic Park, in addition to bringing back crucial (surviving) individuals from the previous films.
Pratt (who portrays animal behaviorist/Velociraptor trainer Owen Grady) and Bryce Dallas Howard (Jurassic World manager turned dino-activist Claire Dearing) were always going to return to the franchise. However, we do know that Isabella Sermon will play Maisie Lockwood, the little girl they rescued in the closing act of Fallen Kingdom.
It’s also no surprise that we’ll see more of Dr. Henry Wu, the original Jurassic Park geneticist who’s become a big character in the new trilogy — he even makes an appearance in the cartoon Netflix spin-off Camp Cretaceous, which references to his ethically dubious approach to dinosaur creation. In a February 2020 interview with Entertainment Weekly, actor B.D. Wong announced his participation in Jurassic World 3: Dominion.
In the new film, Claire’s Dinosaur Protection Group colleagues Daniella Pineda as paleo-veterinarian Zia Rodriguez and Justice Smith as computer specialist Franklin Webb reprise their roles from the previous film.
There are also likely to be cameo appearances by two characters from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom who were absent from the sequel. Omar Sy and Jake Johnson, who played Grady’s raptor-training partner Barry Sembene and theme park control center operator Lowery Cruthers, respectively, were confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter in February 2020.
According to reports, Johnson’s attendance may suddenly be in jeopardy due to schedule conflicts. “I was getting set to travel out when the pandemic struck, and everything got pushed back and the itinerary got adjusted,” Johnson remarked in mid-August 2020. “We’re finding out how and if we’ll be able to make it work.”
