Explained: The Chi Season 4 Storyline
When Trig threatened to reveal the footage of Marcus’s attack, Douda left Chicago in the most recent episode of The Chi. He was last spotted being driven to a location outside of the city. Justin Hillian, the director and executive producer, hinted that he might not be gone for good after all.
He said, ‘Never underestimate Otis Perry.’ He did agree, though, that Douda had lost this match. He claims that he “overplayed his hand.” It did not go according to plan. “I find it impossible to imagine that he would give up so easily,” he stated. In addition, he told the site that in season 5, he intends to focus more on Trig’s neighborhood watch program.
He went on to emphasize the importance of the community and individuals looking out for one another. Lena is completely uninterested in dealing with the cops.
And because that’s what the program has always been about, we’d prefer to get rid of them all and let the community to deal with its issues.
