When a virus spread by the rainfall wiped out most of the population, two sisters took refuge in a bunker as said by their scientist father who left and never returned. Six years later, the siblings came out of the hiding to look for him. On the way, they found a group of survivors and traveled with them to Denmark and Sweden in order to find their father who might be having a cure too.

The story revolves around Cha Hyun-soo, a high school student who moves into a new apartment alone after a family tragedy. As superhumans/monsters start taking over the world and wiping out humanity, the socially withdrawn boy teams up with other survivors in his building to save himself and the others from the danger.
