So, if you are wondering whether we will ever get to see Feria: The Darkest Light Season 2, here is everything we know so far.

Feria: The Darkest Light Season 2: Renewed or Canceled?

Feria: The Darkest Light Season 1 was released on Netflix on January 28, 2022. For the finest binge-able experience, all 8 episodes were released at the same time, each about 50 minutes long.

There has been no official announcement or confirmation regarding Feria: The Darkest Light Season 2. This, however, is not always a terrible thing. Given the show’s recent debut, Netflix is likely analyzing its viewership before deciding whether or not to launch a second season.

Fans of the spooky series will be thrilled to learn that Carlos Montero, the show’s co-creator, said in an interview that three seasons of the plot are already planned. So, if given the opportunity, the dark adventures in the small Spanish village of Feria may potentially last two more seasons.

Feria: The Darkest Light Season 2 Plot

Sofia is taken from the hospital by Belda and Halid at the end of Season 1. Two members of the cult take her to a mine with the intention of taking her to a ritual shrine. Belda kills Halid and takes Sofia to the temple, where she is reunited with the demon Umma. Belda was killed by the demonic thing, and a door opened. Sofia, mesmerized by her mother’s appearance in the darkness of the doorway, steps into a demonic portal and agrees to open it, releasing a frightening monster.

Sofia and her mother, Elena, may potentially reunite in the future. Sofia has been driven from the start by the desire to find her mother, who appears to be trapped in the Kingdom. The tale will almost certainly continue to unfold now that Sofia has essentially sacrificed her entire city by unlocking the door just to see her mother. Both the mother and daughter are recognized as “perfect beings” in the cult, allowing them to control the threshold.

Feria: The Darkest Light Season 2 Cast

It will be too soon to assume anything, however, we can draw conclusions about Season 2’s prospects and potential based on where Season 1 concluded.

The show stars Carla Campra (Sofia), Ana Tomeno (Eva), and Isak Férriz (Guillén) as the primary faces. Therefore, we can expect them to return for Feria Season 2.

We can also expect to see other regular cast members like Marta Nieto (Elena), and Ernest Villegas (Pablo), Salva Reina (Marcos), Carlos Scholz (Raúl), Sauce Ena (Estrella), Carmen Navas (Mar), Jorge Motos (Chisco), Pepa Gracia (Candela), Lazar Dragojevic (Halid), and Angela Cremonte (Blanca). Given that David Luque’s character Belda died in the season 1 finale, the actor is not expected to be part of the season 2 cast; you know until we witness some groundbreaking plot twist.
