Vicious Fun all set to arrive on VOD, Digital HD, DVD and Blu-ray

How does joining a self-help group for serial killers sound to you? Absurd, insane, horrifying and terrifying, right? Yes, it does. But it is what it is. However, if you are a big movie fan, you won’t be surprised and might even know, by now, that we are talking about the Vicious Fun.

Vicious Fun is a Canadian comedy horror film from Shudder, the distribution rights of which have been obtained by RLJE Films to some extent. RLJE Films is all set to release it to VOD, Digital HD, DVD and Blu-ray in early April. The new released DVD and Blu-ray will include bloopers, behind-the-scene pictures and videos, alternate takes, input from the filmmakers, a featurette and more. Directed by Cody Calahan, the film has been written by James Villeneuve.

Joel, a film critic for the Vicious Fanatics, a horror magazine stumbles into a 12-step meeting for seral killers which is like a support group or a self-help group, whatever fits right for a place where serial killers gather and share with each other their experiences, ways, modus operandi, feelings and thoughts.

But how will everything turn out if everyone gets to know that Joel is an intruder, no matter if intentional or unintentional? The trailer is scary, creepy, gut-wrenching and sometimes funny as well. One can have an idea of the chaos that will happen when multiple serial killers with twisted mindsets will gather at one place and at one time, and in that scenario, even the smallest of matches would be able to light up the entire forest. 

Vicious Fun Plot 

Serial killers, Zachary, Carrie, Fritz, Mike, and Hideo and later Bob, gather for a personal meeting which was crashed by Joel who posed as Serial killer Phil in order to save himself from being a victim of any of those killers. The group includes barbaric and merciless serial killers, an innocent guy and one who is a mole in the team and has a motive of their own.
