The Netflix original steamy Polish romance-thriller, 365 Days, also known as 365 Dni, is preparing for its return on the streaming giant. Based on the book by Blanka Lipińska, the first part of the movie was released two years ago in theatres and one and a half on Netflix. Though critics were ruthless when it came to rating the movie, Rotten Tomatoes gave a 0% Tomatometer score to the story, 365 Days was extremely well received by the audience.
Cinematographer Bartek Cierlica describes 365 Days as the modern Beauty and the Beast. The movie entered Netflix’s Top 10 lists in more than 90 countries. The sequel, of the movie, was set to be filmed right after the first part was shot. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the shooting was put to a halt and finally resumed in May 2021.
Fans were a little disappointed for not being able to enjoy the sensual drama during Valentine’s Day, but are nonetheless excited for the upcoming sequel to finally be announced.
What will 365 Days 2 be about?
The second installment of the film will focus on a love triangle. In Part 2, after finding out about Laura’s pregnancy, Massimo decides to marry her. But fate has some other plans. Just like any other love story, they have to cross some major obstacles, this time named Marcelo Nacho Matos. Nacho decides to win over Laura exactly the way Massimo did and kidnaps her.
Reportedly, we are also going to be introduced to Massimo’s evil twin.
365 Days 2 Release Date
As of now, no particular date has been announced but, it has been confirmed 365 Days 2 is set to release in 2022 on Netflix.

Michele Morrone and Anna-Maria Sieklicka are quite evidently reprising their roles as Massimo and Laura. Magdalena Lamparska will return as Laura’s friend, Ogla. The new love interest, Nacho is going to be played by model-actor Simone Susanna.
Nothing further has been revealed about the cast of 365 Days 2 yet.
Will there be a 365 Days Part 3?
365 Days is based on the first book of a trilogy, and Part 2 on the second. Hence, we are most definitely getting a Part 3. And the production themselves confirmed it by announcing the filming of the third installment along with Part 2.
What happened in 365 Days?
The Netflix synopsis reads, “Massimo Torricelli, a young and handsome boss of a Sicilian Mafia family, has no other option but to take over after his father has been assassinated. Laura is a sales director in a luxurious hotel in Warsaw. She has a successful career, but her private life lacks passion. She is taking one last shot to save her relationship. Together with her bone-headed boyfriend, Martin, and some other friends, she takes a trip to Sicily. She does not expect that Massimo, the most dangerous man on the island, will get in her way, kidnap her, hold her captive and give her 365 days – to fall in love with him.”
