Hyun Bin was born in Jamsil-dong, Seoul, South Korea, on September 25, 1982. He is known to be one of the most versatile actors in the Korean industry. His appealing personality and dashing looks make him appear young and charming always. It is said that during his childhood, he was really intrigued by suspense, thriller, and detective shows, which inspired him to pursue acting.

From an early age, Hyun Bin was aware of his purpose. He was persuaded by a high school classmate to take acting classes, and then he joined a theatre group where he spent hours polishing his acting skills and discovering his enthusiasm for the craft. She encounters North Korean army officer Ri Jung-hyuk (Hyun Bin) there. He makes an effort to conceal and protect her. Yoon Se-ri and Ri Jung-hyuk soon fall in love. Ri Jung Hyuk makes all possible attempts to make Se-ri reach her own country, due to which both face lots of hurdles in their path.  With his leading performance as a charming and devoted North Korean army commander in this drama series, Hyun Bin stole the hearts of viewers everywhere.

The classic tale of forbidden love, Secret Garden, features outstanding acting by the stars including Hyun Bin.
