The second season of Human Resources season 2 just dropped on Netflix on June 9, 2023. It was made available for streaming from 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET, or 1:00 a.m. MT/2:00 a.m. CT. If you haven’t already started streaming it yet, mind us not when we ask, what are you waiting for?

Set in the world of the monsters hailing from Big Mouth, Human Resources is an American adult animated sitcom that, as the name of the place suggests, serves as a spin-off and subseries to Big Mouth. An animated allegory, the sitcom is a workplace comedy in which the monsters are assigned to a group of human adults representing their feelings.
Created by Kelly Galluska, Nick Kroll, Andrew Goldberg, Mark Levin, and Jennifer Flackett, Human Resources premiered on Netflix on March 18, 2022. Garnering heaps of critical acclaim, the show made its return on June 9, ’23. But will it make a return for a third time?

Is Human Resources renewed for a third season?
Unfortunately, Netflix has decided to end Human Resources and Big Mouth. Hence the second season of the animated sitcom is the final season, and it seals the fate of the show. However, the streaming giant cushions this blow with some good news.
The good news is that all the employers of Human Resources (i.e.fans, like you) will get the deserved closure from these characters and will watch their journeys come to fruition in the upcoming seasons of Big Mouth. Per the press release shared by Netflix, the “characters and stories from Human Resources will flow into the final seasons of Big Mouth.”
As per the latest reports, Big Mouth season 7 will premiere in ’23, followed by the eighth and final season in 2024. The eighth season will seal the fate of the show, bringing the flagship animated series, which was the longest-running animated series in Netflix history, to an end.
