The fans were quite attracted to the movie and took the news of its renewal quite happily.

Gear up, people, as 365 Days is all set to return after almost two years of keeping its fans waiting. After its filming that took place in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland, came to an end on September 10, 2021, 365 Days: This Day is all set to release on Netflix on Wednesday, April 27, 2022.

What is the plot expected of 365 Days: This Day?

The movie is the story of a beautiful woman named Laura, who is imprisoned by Massimo, a young and handsome boss of a Sicilian Mafia family, for 365 days to fall in love with him. After having many ups and downs, and physical and sexual tension between them, they finally fall in love with each other and are about to marry.

365 Days did leave us with a dramatic cliffhanger as Laura Biel, the female lead’s fate was left hanging as she enters a tunnel but does not come out the other side that too after the news that the rival mafia family is about to kill Laura.

Well, it is highly unlikely that Laura will be killed, and that is also what is clear from the trailer of 365 Days: This Day. Reports state that the sequel is all set to introduce a love triangle. About to begin a new chapter of their relationship with marriage and kid, they are going to face many troubles. The troubles for them are going to be caused by Massimo’s wicked twin brother as well as a mafia named Marcelo Nacho Matos who kidnaps Laura.

Other than this, another important new character will be introduced, the new love interest, Nacho, is going to be played by Italian model-actor Simone Susanna.

How was the reception of 365 Days?

Undoubtedly, the movie did really great among the audience and also entered Netflix’s Top 10 lists in more than 90 countries, but it was not taken well by the critics, and they were quite ruthless towards the story. Rotten Tomatoes went ahead and gave a 0% Tomatometer score to the story. The movie was surrounded by a lot of controversies, and we hope that the sequel will fix the problems that irked the critics.
