Valentine’s Day is here and it’s the best opportunity to showcase your love for your partner. If you’re single, you can still grab this opportunity to “rise” in love with yourself all over again.

Now, you can go all gaga and decide on a one-day solo trip if you’re single or plan out a day’s itinerary with your partner. Created by Alice Oseman, Heartstopper is based upon the titular graphic novel featuring Joe Locke and Kit Conner, in the roles of Charlie Spring and Nick Nelson respectively. A Netflix Original British romantic teen drama, Heartstopper follows the friendship of the two characters whose friendship slowly culminates into something deeper and stronger. The movie does not only recount the friends’ journey into their romantic relationship, but it also discusses their journey of accepting their sexual identities.

2. Sweet Magnolias

A perfect amalgamation of heartwarming and lighthearted, the series is quintessentially about love, between friends, family, community, and especially, the romantic love between partners.

Directed by Jeffrey Richman and Darren Star, Netflix’s Uncoupled is centered around the life of a man who is living in NYC wanting to reconnect with life after overcoming a long-term relationship. Spanned across eight episodes, this Netflix comedy made its debut on the streaming giant on July 29, 2022. On the reviews’ front, the show seems to have garnered fairly good traction with Rotten Tomatoes rating it 77% and a 7.0/10 on IMDb.

4. Virgin River

Ever since season 3 of Virgin River premiered on Netflix, which according to What’s on Netflix is the highest-grossing season so far, the show was renewed for two more seasons.
