8 Shows and movies you need to watch before they leave Netflix

Everything is temporary, and nothing stays forever, no matter if it’s humans, things, or movies and shows. Regret is such a bad emotion to experience, and most of the time, the feeling of fear of missing out comes hiding behind regret. Again, if we talk about how difficult it is to watch all the shows and movies ever released, I still would insist you check whether or not any movie or show worthy enough is missed by you somehow to be watched.

You just never know whom and what you are watching for the last time, even if it’s your first. Nothing here is permanent or never-ending; everything comes with an invisible timeline written on it, and it exists in the same. So, if you somehow know how some movies and shows will be removed from a streaming platform, then you are supposed to say a decent goodbye to them by giving them a watch.

Pursuit of Happyness

This Will Smith starring movie is one with a lot of potential to make those people shed a tear who claim to not get emotional that easily. It’s an almost 2-hour long movie that was released in 2006. You’d feel sad to know how it’s a Biographical film based on the real-life happenings of a man named Christopher Gardner, who was left by his wife with the custody of his child due to professional failures and financially broken conditions. 

Ferris Bueller’s Day Off

A movie from 1986 featuring Matthew Broderick, Alan Ruck, and Mia Sara is a 1 hour 43 minute watch. The movie revolves around the story of a famous teen who skips school for a day with some excuse and enjoys it with his best friend and girlfriend.

One On One

A sitcom from 2001, with 5 seasons featuring Flex Alexander, Kyla Pratt, and Sicily Sewer. The show is about a single father who goes one-on-one with life when his ex-wife leaves their teenage daughter with him to live because she got a job outside the country. 

Pride & Prejudice

Directed by Joe Wright, this movie is a live adaptation of Jane Austen’s novel from 1813, which goes by the same name. The story of the film covers the relationship between Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy, who struggles to overcome the titular sins.

Girl Interrupted

A movie from 1999, which is 2 hours 7 minutes long, features Angelina Jolie, Brittany Murphy, and Jared Leto. The movie revolves around the story of a teenage girl named Susanna who tries to attempt suicide and then rushes into a mental institution, Claymoore. 

Steel Magnolias

A movie from the year of 1989 with a run time of 1 hour 57 minutes. The film features Sally Fields, Julia Roberts, and Robert Harling and revolves around the story of six women, their shared bond, and friendship, which grows stronger in a parlor of a small southern town. 

No Strings Attached

Amazing movie with an amazing cast including Natalie Portman, Ashton Kutcher, and Greta Gerwig is a rom-com flick with a run time of 1 hour 48 minutes. The story of the movie revolves around a casual relationship with only physical things involved and no emotional strings, but somehow, things don’t go as planned.

The Thundermans

With a total number of seasons 4, The Thundermans is a comedy sitcom from 2013 and features Kira Kosarin, Jack Griffo, and Jace Norman. It follows the story of Thunderman twins- Phoebe and Max, who belong to the supercool family of superhumans and have special powers. On the one hand, Phoebe thinks of utilizing her powers for the sake of good, and on the other hand Max is on the verge of becoming a villain.
