It has been rightly said that every meal has its own benefits and duties. We often skip our breakfast, which is the first meal of the day while struggling with heavy work schedules and lack of time. Did you know, that saving just a few hours can affect the brain cells and can also lead to the degeneration of brain cells? To lead a healthy lifestyle, our body needs a minimum amount of nutrients for performing the day to day activities. Hence skipping breakfast is not at all a healthy option.
You might have heard the phrase “Less is more”. Overeating can cause several unforeseeable situations like obesity and memory impairment. Study says that people who usually overeat, have a lack of memorizing capacity than those who eat adequately lesser amounts. Not getting enough sleep

Exposure to loud music
Intensifying the volume of the music is a common habit that makes the music more enjoyable and hypnotizing. But this can cause the death of brain cells, and results in slowing down the thinking capacity impairs your memory, and concentration, and hampers learning capacity.
Sleeping with your head under the cover
It’s a common habit to sleep with your head covered with either a pillow or blanket. Certainly, we might feel a bit cozy and warm while doing this. But remember, when you are doing this, you are not letting the free movements of oxygen to perform its duty. It can hamper the proper exhalation and inhalation process, which results in bad brain functioning.
Inadequate water intake
We already know the importance of water for every single activity, be it for brain functioning or staying after dehydration. When you are drinking a sufficient amount of water, your brain will work smoothly without hindering your thinking or focusing power and you can be more creative and innovative in everything. You should at least intake 6 liters of water on a daily basis to perform your day-to-day tasks without any mental stress and pressure. Hence, drinking water is beneficial for both your body and brain to lead a healthy and fruitful life.

It can damage cell membranes which might result in diseases like Alzheimer’s, dementia, and even death. Next time you light up a cigar, think twice for the sake of your brain health.
