If you recall the events of the previous episode, “Abandoned,” which ended on an intriguing note, it has left many unanswered questions for viewers to look forward to in the subsequent episodes, which will bring the season to a satisfying conclusion. To say the least, fans are excited to see what else the story has in store for them, which has drawn approximately 3 to 4 million viewers per week with only four episodes. As a result, it’s understandable that fans have been waiting to see whether the season will resume with the remaining episodes in February 2023 or not.

9-1-1: Lone Star Season 4 Release Date and Time Slot
The wait is finally over as Fox’s 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 4 will be back with a brand new episode in a few days! The 5th episode, “Human Resources,” is scheduled to air on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at the same time slot of 8/7c on Fox TV, and later it will be available on Hulu.
The episode is written by Brad Falchuk, and the official synopsis states, “Owen helps defend Marjan when a rescue complaint forces her to make a challenging ethical decision; Grace befriends a young boy who becomes a frequent 911 caller, but when she discovers he may be in some real danger, she must step in.” Moreover, the runtime of each episode is approximately 42 to 48 minutes.

9-1-1: Lone Star Season 4: What is the new season about?
The official synopsis of the season states, “Owen, Tommy, and the rest of the 126 are being called into action to a county fair when a ‘derecho,’ a series of a fast-moving group of severe thunderstorms, hit Austin, causing hurricane and tornado-force winds, heavy rains, flash floods and a wide path of destruction. And just when they think it couldn’t get worse, an even more rare weather phenomenon, a ‘heat burst,’ causing temperatures to go up to 122 degrees Fahrenheit, hits the city.”
“We are in good-faith negotiations [on 9-1-1 and The Resident],” Fox Entertainment CEO said on Fox’s upfront call Monday morning. Further adding, “Based on the long history with 20th Television, I think we are in pretty good shape. We adore [co-creator and EP] Ryan [Murphy] and are so pleased that Lone Star is locked and loaded.”

The official first-look trailer of 1:29 minutes was released with a tagline simply stating, “A storm is coming in the 9-1-1: Lone Star premiere, Tuesday, January 24th on FOX!” The fourth season is expected to live up to the world set up in the prior seasons which follows a sophisticated New York firefighter who, along with his son, relocates from Manhattan, New York to Austin, Texas.
