It so happened that many onlookers noticed Giselle with puffy eyes, leading many to speculate that she may have undergone plastic surgery. In fact, a post by Nate Pann has already gone viral, where it is alleged that the aespa member has undergone double eyelid surgery.
It reads, “Did Giselle get her eyelids done? Or was Dispatch just bad at taking pics.” What netizens could also figure out was that the K-pop idol was not wearing makeup during her recent appearance at the airport.
Giselle’s eyelids were noticeably higher, unlike earlier, when they were much closer to her pupils.
Did she really get surgery?
We don’t know yet! However, a few fans of the K-pop idol also came out in her support, stating that the puffy eyes might be due to her tight schedule, because if she had undergone any procedure, she might not have had the time to take proper rest.
A few others also said that the puffiness could be due to fatigue or simply a morning reaction.
For instance, one user wrote, “There’s a distinct look to post-surgery swelling, and this isn’t that. That looks more like those delinquents, or you look really tightly puffed out. Giselle looks like she just woke up or maybe she used eyelid tape temporarily.”
Another one said, “It just looks like she’s a bit swollen today. She’s lost a lot of weight recently, so maybe that’s making the puffiness on her face stand out more. Looks like she just woke up from deep sleep.”
