It was just a few days ago that we informed you about Aespa’s plan to perform at the famous Coachella Music Festival. Well, the girl band has kept their promise and finally made their debut at the mega event on April 24, 2022. As much as our jaws after having seen the ladies on the stage, their performance on the amazing set with some foot-tapping numbers set the fans into a frenzy. Aespa performed on their debut song Black Mamba and other hit numbers like Savage and Next Level. While fans were applauding the girl band, they surprised everyone with an unreleased track too!

The unreleased song

Aespa members performed their yet-to-be-released song Life’s Too Short in English and received a huge round of applause from everyone. This is the first time since the group’s debut that Aespa has performed to the cheers of the audience in any event. It is because the girl band debuted in November 2020 and had no live audiences due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Aespa members were too excited to perform in front of a large audience for the first time.

Fan reactions

Fans of the Aespa members took to Twitter and congratulated the band on their successful debut at the Coachella Music Festival. While a few of them praised the live vocals of the members, a few others called all the girls the best vocalists.

In short, the audience was in praise of all the five songs performed by the members of the group at the mega event. On the other hand, a few other fans talked about how they couldn’t even hear a single crack in anyone’s voice and praised the high notes of all the Aespa members.

Check out the Twitter reactions below.

For the unversed, the South Korean girl group, Aespa was formed by SM entertainment. The girl group consists of four members – Winter, Giselle, Karina, and Ningning. As mentioned earlier, the girl band debuted on November 17, 2020, with their single titled Black Mamba. It was a huge hit after its release and brought huge recognition to the newly formed band.

Black Mamba reached number one on the K-pop music video charts in QQ music, the biggest music-streaming service in China. The best part here is that it ranked not only for one but three consecutive weeks. It also helped Aespa earn its first-ever music show win on Inkigayo under SBS.

Aespa also released another new single titled Next Level, a song described as a hip-hop and dance track with a groovy rap, powerful vocals, and energetic bass.
