Animal Kingdom is an American crime drama. The series revolves around the Cody family, which is a family of professional criminals. They maintain their life by indulging in criminal activities in Southern California.
The story includes Joshua “J” Cody, who moves in with his extended family after his mother’s death. The Cody family is controlled by a powerful matriarch Janine “Smurf” Cody. The show was created by Jonathan Lisco under the TNT network.

There is no official release date for Animal Kingdom Season 6 yet. It is being speculated that the network will release Animal Kingdom Season 6 in mid-2022. However, one thing that is confirmed is the fact that the series will release in 2022 itself.

What can we expect from Animal Kingdom Season 6?
In Animal Kingdom Season 6, the Cody family will experience new dangers and challenges. After Season 5, the police find Catherine Blackwell’s dead body, the wife of Barry “Baz” Blackwell, J’s original father and Smurf’s adoptive son. After a failed seduction from Catherine’s side, Pope smothers her for laundering money from Smurf in the previous season.
Catherine’s body is found buried under a new project that is being built by Codys’. This information can be of value in the new season’s story. After Smurf’s death, J and Deran come to an agreement to co-lead the Cody family. Deran decides to help the gang to launder money with the help of his pub. And Craig becomes more addicted to heroin causing his girlfriend, Renn, to leave him. The sixth season will address these storylines.
