Yes, it is official! Next month, Archer will return for another season, making it the 13th season of this beloved animated franchise. The series will be available to stream on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FXX, with the new episode streaming the next day on Hulu. The official Twitter handle of Archer also confirmed the news by posting the official release of the 13th season, simply quoting, “We worked long and hard on this (phrasing). Why was Archer Season 13 renewed by the FX Network?
The wait is over as FX Networks chairman John Landgraf earlier stated that he was “optimistic” that the show would return sometime soon, and now the wait is over as the network has successfully renewed the series. Over the course of 12 seasons, this series has gotten good at a storyline that has helped in streaming numbers from the audience around the world. The viewers have become die-hard fans because of the way the show’s creators have dealt with the characters and the plotline of the series.

Archer Season 13 Plot
The series follows Sterling Archer as he navigates the changing landscape of the spy world. In the current season, Archer and the gang face a new threat: a spy conglomerate known as IIA (International Intelligence Agency). With a limited number of spy jobs up for grabs, an Archer’s mom-and-pop spy agency competes against the soulless vultures of IIA, or will it be the next to get swallowed alive?

As the gang struggles to find their identity while performing odd missions for Fabian, one question arises: will they be able to maintain independence, or will they succumb to their corporate overlords?
