The legendary actor and former professional bodybuilder will join as a special guest in this week’s Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli, colloquially known as the Manningcast, as Justin Herbert’s Los Angeles Chargers take on Zach Wilson’s New York Jets. The show is hosted by brothers Peyton and Eli Manning, both former quarterbacks from the National Football League, who provide alternate analysis and commentary during the games while hosting a range of stars on the show as the third season kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN+ and ESPN2.
Arnold is the latest big-name star to appear in the third season of the show that is being produced by Peyton’s production company Omaha Productions. In addition to this, the guest star announcement was confirmed a few hours ago before the episode will be made available to stream on NFL+ and on TSN+ in Canada. In the newly released promotional clip, Peyton Manning says that he has been doing research and thinking of the best way to bring him into the show in an appropriate fashion. The clip begins with Peyton calling Arnold to pitch him ideas, and the call doesn’t go as planned. The official post on Instagram is captioned, “I bet Arnold comes around to my idea.” To this, the beloved FUBAR star, 76, left a comment stating, “🤦♂️ See you tomorrow.”
