The series had a pattern of releasing new seasons continuously on Netflix one year after a season’s televised premiere, making season 6’s April 2023 arrival on the streaming service unavoidable. The series is either being rewatched by its fans once again or some people are watching it for the very first time, sending it to the top ten list.
Sadly, this is Saul Goodman’s last goodbye. Vince Gilligan, the creator and mind behind the Breaking Bad universe, has said that he doesn’t have any further plans to make more stories within the franchise of the hit series.
Better Call Saul season 6 recap:
Written and directed by Peter Gould, the series finale is titled “Saul Gone.” If somehow the name rings a bell, it’s because he also wrote the Breaking Bad episode “Better Call Saul,” which presents the character of Saul Goodman and served as a launching point for the spin-off. The final episode is filled with memories of the separate conversations in which Saul asks Mike and Walter about their biggest guilts, and Chuck asks Jimmy if he ever wondered about living a different life.
After Gene was arrested and charged in 2010, he employed his old rival Bill Oakley as his attorney to assist him in getting a lesser sentence of seven years. In addition, he agrees to admit his killing of Howard but gets to know that Kim has already confessed. To get Kim to testify in court, Saul makes up new proof regarding her after being deported back to Albuquerque for his own trial.
James McGill, better known as Jimmy, returns and tells about his participation in Chuck’s suicide and Walt’s empire. He gets a sentence of 86 years. Among his fellow prisoners, Jimmy is renowned and regarded as Saul. As Kim visits him, they smoke cigarettes together before she leaves. He sends her off with a goodbye by using his trademark finger-gun gesture.
