Blac Chyna and Tyga are co-parenting their child, King Cairo, after the custody battle settlement.
The former couple have gained joint legal and physical custody of King. Additionally, TMZ has also gathered reports that they will both have the right to make decisions on King’s general welfare, education, and health. It has also been revealed that Tyga will not have to pay for child support, as is the case with the majority of child custody battles.
Chyna(born Angela White) will have time with her son from Friday to Monday, while Tyga (born Micheal Ray Stevenson) will have King for the rest of the week. In addition to these custody arrangements, a court has declared that neither of the parents will speak negatively about the other in front of King and will have to enroll in a program that will help monitor their communication about co-parenting.
According to several outlets, the 35-year-old former OnlyFans model filed a custody case in an attempt to put the Grammy-nominated rapper, 34, on child support for their son. On July 24th, according to the information obtained by Page Six, Chyna asked the court for custody of their son to be split equally between the parents. According to the outlet, the document read, “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”
As soon as the case reached public ears, the rapper took to social media to slam Chyna. He wrote in the comments section of a post shared by the Shade Room on Aug. 25, “10 years later…nah…stick to your schedule sat-mon.” Thereafter, in October, in an income and expense declaration, she said that she had been selling her personal belongings “to make ends meet.” At the time, Page Six acquired documents that the former reality TV star was making ends meet by auctioning her belongings.
Chyna explained, claiming that she’s made nearly $178,000 so far this year. “This profit has somewhat supplemented my plummeting business sales.”
The former couple began dating in 2011 and welcomed their son King in October 2012, thereafter which they got engaged. However, their relationship ended in August 2014.
Apart from King, Chyna shares 7-year-old daughter Dream with ex-fiance Rob Kardashian, and they split in 2017 after being in an on-again-off-again relationship.
