Blac Chyna appears to have a rough start for 2024. In a candid session on her social media, the reality TV personality revealed the painful aftermath of complications from her breast implant reduction surgery. The black-and-white video on her Instagram featured a candid “quick story time about the breasts.”
“So, earlier this year, I was like, ‘You know what, I wanna take out my b*obs. I’m over it I’m kinda tired of the fake look they’re too big for my body, too big for my frame and it just doesn’t fit me as a person anymore,’” she said.
Chyna explained that her doctor recommended going “smaller” to observe how her skin retracts. She shared that they decided to reduce her breasts to the size of 385cc; however, this decision marked the onset of complications.

Blac Chyna called it ‘one of the worst things’
“One of the worst things that could happen happened. One of my breasts got encapsulated,” said the mother of two, emphasizing, “This is something that can happen whenever you do surgery.”
Chyna went on to explain that the muscle in her left breast “contracted around the implant,” resulting in intense pain. Reflecting on her prior experiences, she remarked, “Out of all of the times I’ve had my breasts done, it’s never happened.”
Chyna is happy to be a part of the ‘Itty Bitty Titty Committee’
Chyna went on to reveal that on December 21, she underwent a second surgery to further reduce her breast size to 190cc. This decision came after her doctor cautioned her about the necessity of “some type of implant” to prevent her breasts from becoming “mush,” potentially leading to more complications in the future.
“These surgeries are so expensive to where it’s though, like, really something I have to keep up keeping,” she remarked. Despite the challenges and complications, Chyna expressed contentment, stating that she is “very happy” and “excited” to be a part of the “Itty Bitty Titty Committee.”
Chyna had ‘life-changing’ transformations in 2023
In 2023, Chyna underwent a series of “life-changing” transformations that marked significant personal growth. In March, she publicly declared her commitment to positive change by announcing her decision to undergo surgery, removing breast and butt injections along with facial fillers. This transformative journey also included the removal of what she described as “demonic” tattoos from her body, coupled with getting baptized, as per Page Six.
Notably, Chyna took a pivotal step towards being a better role model for her two children, 11-year-old son King and 7-year-old daughter Dream. As part of this commitment, she deactivated her OnlyFans account, explaining on the “Jason Lee Show” earlier in the year, “I’m just changing everything about me. It’s a dead end. All that stuff is a dead end, and I know that I’m worth way more than that.”
