Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the most awaited sequel to the late Chadwick Boseman starrer of the same name, is all set for a release next month. While Marvel fans count down on the days to watch the MCU sequel, the official Marvel handle’s latest post is sure to leave many excited. It is because the said post is related to the advanced bookings for the film that have already begun in India. Well, it’s like a surprise gift for all the MCU fans from India, and there is no denying this fact.
Rihanna’s return
Rihanna is all set to make her comeback to the music industry after a hiatus of six years. Now, the latest that we know is that her first single is going to be a part of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. For the unversed, the song is titled Life Me Up, and it is all set to be released on October 28, 2022. To add to the fans’ surprise, Rihanna has confirmed the same through her social media handle.
The Black Panther sequel track is going to be Rihanna’s first-ever release since becoming a mother. The diva and A$AP Rocky welcomed their newborn earlier in May this year.
Lift Me Up
As mentioned earlier, the upcoming MCU track is titled Lift Me Up and is already released, much to the excitement of the fans. It also marks Rihanna’s first-ever musical debut since 2016. For the unversed, the track is a tribute to the extraordinary life and legacy of the late Chadwick Boseman, who played the role of King T’Challa in the Black Panther. Boseman, who played the titular role in the film and appeared in multiple Avengers movies, passed away in 2020 following his battle with cancer. Talking about the upcoming song, it has been written by Nigerian singer-songwriter Tems and produced by Ludwig Göransson, including Black Panther’s director Ryan Coogler.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
Black Panther’s story will follow Queen Ramonda, Okoye, M’Baku, Shuri, and Dora Milaje fighting to protect the kingdom of Wakanda from multiple intervening world powers after the sudden demise of King T’Challa. As the story continues, the said members will continue their quest to forge a new path for the kingdom with the help of Everett Ross and War Dog Nakia. The film will also witness the rise of Namor, a sub-mariner mutant monarch belonging to the sea kingdom. For the unversed, actor Tenoch Huerta will play the role of the sea king. However, it is already revealed that Namor is not the villain of the upcoming MCU drama.
